Where it began
In April 2026, we opened the doors to our first Novavis program in Grebaštica, Dalmatia: The Ambassador Program.
A small group came together for seven days — to slow down, reconnect, and hear themselves again.
This is what that week looked like.
Their own words
I really felt this is an opportunity to calm down and forget the time and just do something for myself and not for others. Just for me. It was very refreshing. I really would like to do it once again.
UteProgram - Day by day
For most people, this is the first unscheduled afternoon they have had in months.
No experience with horses needed. Or wanted.
People tend to leave carrying something they did not arrive with. That is the point.
What they left with
Every participant left the week with something written. Something to hold, return to, and act on.
A visual overview of where they stand, what pulls at them, and what truly matters right now.
A personal set of criteria to help them make choices that are aligned with who they are, not just what is expected.
A written statement of their values, direction, and what they want to stand for going forward.
Concrete next steps for the first three months after the week, grounded in what came up during the program.
Two weeks after returning home, to help them stay on track and work through what the week brought up.
"Space changes people.
That's the design."
Arte Oliva
Grebaštica, Dalmatia
Arte Oliva sits on the Dalmatian coast in Grebaštica — a small, unhurried corner of Croatia that most people never find. It is a family-run hotel, owned by Anastasia and her family.
She knows every corner of it. She chose it not because it was available, but because it's the kind of place that does something to people the moment they arrive. The pace changes. The noise drops. The sea is there.
You will have your own private apartment for the week — your own space, your own rhythm, within a shared experience.

If this feels right —
the next step is simple.
There are 8 places on the September & October programs. If something resonated — even quietly — we'd love to hear from you. The first step is a short conversation. No commitment, no pressure.
